A Plataforma de Infancia nacional renova Xunta Directiva
As organizacións que integran a Plataforma de Infancia, entre elas a Plataforma de Organizacións de Infancia Galicia (POIG) elixiron nova Xunta Directiva durante a Asamblea Xeral celebrada este mes de setembro (2019).
Así, Carles López, quen releva a Adolfo Lacuesta no seu posto, é o novo Presidente.
Tamén é presidente da Confederación Estatal de Asociacións de Estudiantes CANAE, membro do equipo director da Revista “Participación Educativa”, titular no Observatorio Estatal de Convivencia Escolar e no Consello de Desarrollo Sostenible e titular na Comisión Permanente do Consello escolar do Estado.
Ademais forman parte da nova Xunta Directiva: Macarena Céspedes, directora de EDUCO, no cargo de vicepresidenta; Nadia Cecilia Garrido Andoni de Aldeas Infantiles no cargo de secretaria xeral; e Rafael Pérez, director Xeral da Fundación Diagrama como tesoreiro.
Os vocais están representadas por membros da Fundación ANAR, Plan Internacional, Márgenes y Vínculos, a Plataforma de Infancia de Cataluña (PINCAT) e Save the Children.
A nova Xunta Directiva ten por diante un ano clave para os dereitos da infancia, o 30 Aniversario da Convención sobre os Dereitos do Neno; e a posibidade de incidir nas políticas da Infancia para asegurar o cumprimento dos seus dereitos.
Otra tarea da nova Xunta Directiva é impulsar no Congreso a Ley Orgánica de Protección Integral a la Infancia y a la Adolescencia Frente a la Violencia; tamén fortalecer á Plataforma de infancia, as súas entidades membro; e fomentar a participación dos nenos, nenas e adolescentes.

- rematar a execución do plan estratégico 2020, evaluar o proceso e desenvolver un novo Plan consensuado por todalas organización da Plataforma
