Con tal fin, se dará en particular á infancia a oportunidade de ser escoitada en todo procedemento xudicial ou administrativo que lle afecte, xa sexa directamente ou por medio dun representante ou de un órgano apropiado, en consonancia coas normas de procedemento da lei nacional.
