Implicación da familia e motivación persoal: piares fundamentais para a reintegración
Axuda, integración, motivación, cambio, alternativas, movemento… son conceptos que están no ADN de Aclad Alborada, unha entidade que ofrece, entre outros servizos, un Centro de Día para a atención de persoas menores de idade que viven unha serie de dificultades : familiares, sociais, académicas, comportamentais, sanitarias …
O obxectivo: conseguir a súa integración familiar e social.
Un equipo de profesionais: un educador-coordinador, tres educadores, unha profesora, un psicólogo, unha monitora de actividades plásticas, unha administrativa e persoal auxiliar de limpeza traballa a diario para conseguir este obxectivo.
O acceso dos adolescentes a esta oportunidade ocorre cando o Servizo de Nenos e Adolescentes (Menores) da Xunta de Galicia deriva un caso particular a Aclad Alborada.
É cando comeza o acompañamento.
O ideal é que o proceso de acompañamento dure o mínimo posible, pero sempre o que sexa necesario. A clave do éxito é involucrar á familia. Porque a única maneira de canalizar a situación e poder traballar en todo o ambiente de cada adolescente dun xeito global e transversal.
Aclad Alborada xestiona unha realidade complexa, na que non sempre hai un único punto de partida.
Medo, cautela, aburrimento, resistencia … son as actitudes dos mozos e mozas ante unha situación imposta chamada Centro de día. Pero ao final do camiño sempre hai a recompensa: a alta taxa de visitas que reciben en Aclad Alborada cando a opción de ir ata as súas instalacións xa non está imposta por un sistema.
Son as relacións persoais as que estiveron tecendo un fío que, aínda que invisible, sempre estará presente na vida dos usuarios de Aclad Alborada.
Debemos traballar o máis axiña posible coas familias que viven en conflito para que as realidades que afecten aos dereitos dos nenos, nenas e adolescentes lles pasen a menor factura posible. Tamén insistir en atopar puntos de apego e vinculación para que sexan eles os protagonistas do seu propio proceso.
É un traballo en rede de todos os que forman parte de cada ambiente persoal e intransferible.
