O Goberno de España anunciou o 17 de marzo a creación dun Fondo Social extraordinario de 300 millóns de euros.

A Plataforma de Infancia valoraba onte de xeito positivo esta dotación presupostaria de medidas urxentes para facer fronte ao impacto social do Covid-19.

Neste sentido, ve positiva a partida adicada a garantir ingresos suficentes ás familias para cubrir as necesidades básica.

Tamén, que esté recollido que hai que protexer ás familias vulnerables para prestar atención especial a pobreza infantil.

Desde a Plataforma din “consideramos muy positivo que los niños y niñas sean un grupo especialmente protegido, ya que se tendrá en cuenta la existencia de población menor de 16 años como uno de los criterios para el reparto de fondos entre las Comunidades Autónomas”.

En concreto, valora de xeito positivo as medidas para garantir o dereito á vivenda, os suministros de enerxía, luz, auga e gas natural. Tamén as que garanten o mantemento dos servizos de comunicación electrónica ea conectividade de banda ancha.

Ademais a Plataforma de Infancia pide garantir ó acceso a procedementos administrativos fundamentais ás  persoas que non ten certificado electrónico.

Fondo social e sistema de protección

Por outra lado, a  Plataforma de Infancia advierte que é necesario ter en conta a infancia e adolescencia que se atopa no sistema de protección. Así propón facilitar materias para a reducir os contaxios e formación axeitada para centros e profesionais.

Tamén considera que é necesario axilizar os pagos dos créditos presupostarios comprometidos as entidades de servizos e xestión de centros de reforma e do sistema de protección. Pois se trata de garantir todas as necesidades e dereitos da infancia e adolescencia.
