Comeza a semana da infancia na POIG!
Con motivo da Conmemoración do Día Universal dos Dereitos da Infancia o 20 de novembro, a POIG lanza o lema «A nosa voz, os nosos dereitos».
O 19 de novembro, a plataforma realizará diversos eventos nas instituci´óns públicas galegas, onde se amosarán as demandas máis importante para a infancia e adolescencia e daráselle voz aos nenos e nenas.
Ás 10:00 horas, a POIG presentará o informe sobre a situación da infancia en Galicia, en conxunto coa Valedora do Pobo; documento elaborado entre todas as entidades membro.
No acto, estarán presentes:
- María Dolores Fernández Galiño, Valedora do Pobo.
- Xesús María Vilas Otero, Presidente da Plataforma de Organizacións de Infancia de Galicia.
E de maneira telemática, presentarán as súas aportacións os seguintes expertos:
- Javier Rey Ozores, Fiscal Xefe de la Audiencia Provincial de A Coruña, o cal falará sobre os menores vítimas de delitos sexuais e acoso.
- Elena Rodriguez, Psicóloga, especialista en menores vítimas de agresións sexuais e acoso.
Deste modo, ademais dun resumo sobre os datos máis relevantes do informe, farase fincapé nas seguintes temáticas:
- saúde emocional
- acoso sexual
- acoso escolar
Ás 12:30 horas, terá lugar a entrega do mesmo ao Presidente do Parlamento de Galicia.
Ás 17:30 horas, terá lugar a constitución do Grupo de Participación Infantil da POIG coa Consellería de Política Social na Xunta de Galicia, composto con máis de 30 nenos, nenas e adolescentes das entidades membro.
No evento terá lugar a signatura da acta fundacional do grupo e a exposición das aportacións dos grupos galegos ao proceso participativo polos dereitos da infancia. O mesmo foi levado a cabo pola Plataforma de Infancia.
Durante o acto, os representante da Xunta, da POIG e do Grupo de Participación Infantil e Adolescente, revisarán a situación dos dereitos da infancia e adeolescencia tras a crise sanitaria, facendo fincapé en:
- Necesidade da adaptación da educación aos diferentes avances e situacións sociais.
- Importancia de traballar a saúde emocional, motivación e autoconfianza no ámbito escolar.
- Importancia da participación infantil e adolescente na vida pública.
- Ser considerados/as como membros de pleno dereito na sociedade, con capacidade para opinar e decidir sobre os seus dereitos.
- Séntense pouco escoitados e apoiados polas persoas adultas. Demandan que se valoren os seus problemas e que se lles apoie na resolución dos mesmos.
Adicionalmente, desde as plataforma diversas entidades festexarán ese día en actos descentralizados, onde as demandas da infancia tamén sexa a protagonista; o 19 de novembro terán lugar actos en Mondoñedo, Lugo e Vilardevós, e o 20 de novembro en Ourense.
